2010
From the merger of Promar and Fandiño Profand is born.
2012
We know that origins are important, Profand Vayalat is one of them.
2017
Consermar, a project created with the effort of the great team from the Argentinean subsidiary of the group.
2017
We continue to grow, Sofinas Moroccan subsidiary joins the group.
2018
The natural step is to open markets, thus the union with Stavis Seafood.
2019
We take on a new challenge on the East Coast of the USA, Seafreeze.
2021
As a result of our expansion in Europe, Profand France is born.
2022
Kefalonia Fisheries joins the Group, reinforcing our presence in aquaculture.

We continue to grow, inaugurating the new Profand Cambre plant.
2023
We open new horizons in the United States with the acquisition of WWP.
